I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and an iron. I had a continental breakfast. The staff was obliging and great and assisted me with anything I needed. That hotel was in a great location, down to Bellagio township.

Came here for 4 nights with my sister, everything was nice. Besides, the location was particularly good and gorgeous for my stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Ferry Terminal.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at ease and were always ready to help. The location was also great, with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains surrounding it. We loved sitting in the garden and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. One more advantage was that the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The snacks offered were a bit unclear. Although we had food a couple of times, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for it.

The location of this B&B is a great advantage as it is conveniently close to a bus stop which takes you to town in no time. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast menu is top-quality. The views of the lake and mountains from the terrace and garden are mesmerizing. The staff is very kind and helpful and they make you feel at home with a warm welcome drink and a farewell gift. The parking facility is a bonus for those who drive.

Getting into town may be challenging for those who prefer walking as the pedestrian space is limited on the road.

We had an amazing time in Italy! the breakfast served every morning was delicious and was always served on a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the complimentary local specialties and drinks on arrival were a great way to start our trip. the location was perfect. It was set back from the main town but still close enough to walk or take a bus.

The only downside to our trip was the lack of real Italian flair in the area. It was also quite a hike to get to the town, especially on the way back up the hill.
